On 1st November 2025 (Saturday), my aunt was escorted home from the ward of the Hospital. We would like to thank Mr. Yip (葉先生) and Mr. Ngan (顏先生) from ambulance number Amber03. Their service was professional, the escort was smooth and secure. They were punctual, attentive, meticulous and considerate, which is truly commendable!

Ms Yiu (姚姑娘) and the medical team are very professional, reliable and efficient to provide timely cross border medical transfer service that we were able to return to Hong Kong before the typhoon signal no. 8 was hoisted at midnight. I will highly recommend this service to anyone in need. It would be excellent if the pick-up point at Shenzhen Bay would be a covered area to minimize the impact of adverse weather. Thank you so much once again for the seamless arrangement.
