Amber Medical Hong Kong and Guangzhou Civil Aviation Medical Express have officially announced a strategic partnership, with the signing ceremony held on March 25. The partnership aims to integrate non-emergency cross-border medical resources in the Greater Bay Area and establish a diversified medical transport network covering road, high-speed rail, and air ambulance. This will provide efficient and safe cross-border medical transport services for patients in both regions.

This collaboration responds to the "Outline Development Plan for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area", further supporting service demands between Guangzhou and Hong Kong, filling service gaps in pilot schemes, and providing two-way services to enhance the cross-border medical transport system. It marks a new stage in constructing a "Healthy Bay Area." Amber Medical, as a private ambulance service recognised by the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (SAR) Government, will continue to leverage its professional advantages and rich medical resources in Hong Kong; meanwhile, Guangzhou Civil Aviation Medical Express, approved by the Health Commission of Guangdong Province, possesses a legal and certified non-emergency medical transport qualification. Leveraging its medical transport network and technical support within Guangdong Province, it creates more conditions for seamless cross-border medical transport of ambulances in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

This partnership signifies a new milestone in non-emergency medical transport services within the Greater Bay Area. Amber Medical and Guangzhou Civil Aviation Medical Express will use this opportunity to jointly promote industry standardisation and professionalisation while enhancing public awareness of non-emergency medical transport services. Both parties will adhere to the service principles of "efficiency, safety, and professionalism," providing better medical escort services for residents of the Greater Bay Area.
