Amber Care was established in 2023 as a non-profit charitable programme dedicated to assisting and supporting vulnerable communities and the elderly. Our mission is to provide medical escort services to individuals in need of financial assistance, ensuring that more people can benefit and improve their quality of life. Through referrals from non-governmental organisations and non-profit institutions in Hong Kong, Amber Care enables those in need to conveniently access our ambulance services.

To ensure the sustainability of our services, Amber Medical is self-funded to maintain an effective operational model. The costs of our charitable services are supported by the income generated from private services, reflecting the concept of public-private medical collaboration.

Since the establishment of Amber Care, we have assisted nearly 200 cases and events, including helping a patient who suffered severe injuries and paralysis from a car accident in Taiwan return home after successful rehabilitation. Through these efforts, we aim to change more lives, ensuring that every individual in need receives appropriate medical care and support.
