Extending Health Care Beyond Clinics to Enhance the Patient Journey

 

[Hong Kong | 28 May 2026] Amber Medical, non‑emergency ambulance and medical escort service provider, today announced a partnership with OncoCare (Hong Kong), a provider of oncology and specialty medical services. The collaboration integrates non-emergency medical transport, cross-border ambulance services, home nursing services and specialist medical support to enhance continuity of care before, during, and after treatment.

This partnership addresses common challenges faced by patients and caregivers throughout their healthcare journey, including safe transportation to and from medical facilities, cross‑border medical escort services, and access to professional nursing care at home following treatment. The aim is to improve accessibility, continuity, and overall care experience for patients.

Under the collaboration, Amber Medical will provide OncoCare (Hong Kong) patients non‑emergency point‑to‑point and cross‑border ambulance and medical escort service, as well as “ProReach” home nursing service led by registered nurses and phlebotomists, supporting patients as they complete treatment and recovery with peace of mind. OncoCare (Hong Kong), in turn, will offer Amber Medical’s customers with medical enquiries and patient triage support across oncology, surgery, diagnostic imaging, and health check services.]
