All award recipients are selected through a rigorous process combining public voting and evaluation by a panel of professional judges.
 

The award ceremony was attended by a distinguished array of guests, including Dr Ko Wing-man, a member of the Executive Council of the HKSAR, Dr Ko Wing-man, Ms Chan Hoi-yan, LegCo Member, Prof Chan Wing-kwong, LegCo Member and Chairman of The Hong Kong Registered Chinese Medicine Practitioners Association Limited, Mr Eric Siu, Founding President of the Greater Bay Area Medical Professional Development Association and Mr Ho Wing-cheung, 10Life Co-founder.
 

Receiving the award from a member of the Executive Council of the HKSAR Dr Ko Wing-man, Mr Ng Chue-hei, Founder and Operations Director of Amber Medical, said: "We are deeply honoured to receive the 'Excellent Medical Escort & Private Ambulance Service' award from HK01. Amber Medical emphasises that medical escort is far more than a simple transportation service — it is a professional medical undertaking with life-safety implications. Under current regulations, a lawfully licensed ambulance must be registered with the Transport Department as a "Special Purpose Vehicle — Ambulance", and must be equipped with compliant first-aid equipment and staffed by qualified personnel, ensuring adequate medical response capability at all times.
